A lot of people will say that spontaneity is a must in life. However, there are some things that are better off planned. Unless you are the type who lives life by whatever it serves them, it may be better to plan a vacation from start to finish.

Although it may be said that no itinerary is followed to the letter, having a planned vacation will prevent a group from having spaces where they have no idea what to do next. Having a list of things that they may do will save them time and effort from just trying to figure out what to do next. Plus it gives the group an opportunity to make the most of their vacation. The best thing about planning a vacation is that the group can have plan A, B, C, or D. In case some of their options are no longer possibility. That way, in case of emergencies or whatever unexpected cases, the group will not be caught off guard.
